Sólo para corregir su errada versión sobre la muerte (vil asesinato) del cantante Victor Jara:

Víctor Jara fue detenido el dia 12 de septiembre en el recinto de la Universidad Técnica del Estado, lugar en el que prestaba sus servicios como director teatral, siendo conducido al Estadio Chile, donde tras ser separado de los demás arrestados junto a él, fue mantenido en los altos de una galería, junto a otras personas consideradas como peligrosas. Entre el 12 y el 15 de ese mes, fue interrogado por personal del Ejército.

El 15 de septiembre es el último día en que se le ve con vida, cuando en horas de la tarde Victor Jara fue sacado de una fila de prisioneros que serían trasladados al Estadio Nacional. Al día siguiente, el 16 de septiembre, en la madrugada, su cuerpo fue encontrado en las inmediaciones del Cementerio Metropolitano por unos pobladores, junto a otros cinco cadáveres, entre los que se hallaba el de Littré Quiroga Carvajal.

Conforme expresa el informe de autopsia, Victor Jara murió a consecuencia de heridas múltiples de bala, las que suman 44 orificios de entrada de proyectíl con 32 de salida.

La Comisión se formó la convicción de que el afectado fue ejecutado al margen de todo proceso, constituyendo ello una violación a sus derechos fundamentales de responsabilidad de agentes del Estado. Funda esa convicción en que se encuentra acreditado el arresto así como su presencia en el Estadio Chile; que se halla acreditada su muerte por una gran cantidad de heridas de bala, lo que demuestra que fue ejecutado junto a los demás detenidos cuyos cuerpos aparecieron junto a los de él.

Las torturas a que fue sometido Víctor Jara durante su detención se relatan en la Parte General de este período.

Dear Mr. Unge Tascur, To only correct his missed version on the death (vile murder) of the singer Victor Jara: Source Rettig: Víctor Jara was stopped day 12 of September in the enclosure of the Technical University of the State, place in which he served as its  theater director, being led to the Chile Stadium, where after being separated from the arrested others with him, he was maintained in the stops of a gallery, next to other people considered dangerous.
Between the 12 and the 15 of that month, they were interrogated by personnel of the Army. The 15 of September are the last day in which it sees him with life, when in the hours of afternoon Victor Jara was removed from a row of prisoners who would be transferred to the National Stadium.
On the following day, the 16 of September, at dawn, his body was found in the environs of the Metropolitan Cemetery by neighbors, next to other five corpses, including the corpse of Littré Quiroga Carvajal.
In agreement it express the autopsy report, Victor Jara died as a result of multiple wounds of bullet, those that add 44 orifices of entrance of proyectíl with 32 of exit.
The Commission had the conviction that the affected one was executed to the margin of all process, constituting it a violation to his fundamental rights of responsibility of agents of the State. It founds that conviction in that one is credited to the arrest as well as its presence in the Chile Stadium that one is credited his death by a great number of bullet wounds, which demonstrates that he was executed next to the other prisoners whose bodies appeared next to those of him.
